DianBase helps organizations manage electronic invoicing workflows, including integrations such as Gmail read-only access and Google Drive folder workflows for invoice artifacts.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

• You must have authority to act on behalf of your organization.
• You are responsible for account security and authorized users in your organization.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
• No unauthorized access to data belonging to other users or organizations.

4. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party providers (for example Google APIs and cloud services). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

5. Data and privacy

6. Intellectual property

DianBase and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DianBase is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
